Title: Sales Manager
Location: National company based near Lincoln
Terravesta is a rapidly growing, innovative farming & energy supply chain business. We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales manager to head up the crop establishment and manage a small team to get more miscanthus planted. The role will expect you to be self-motivated and will require lots of drive to push the business forward.
The business requires fast crop establishment growth, with a target of 1000ha to be planted spring 2019, and 2000ha in 2020, the role will require innovative techniques to gain the interest of large farmers, estates and landowners. The team is small but dynamic and it will require a close relationship with the existing sales staff and operational team based in the office.
Terravesta has excellent CRM & online systems for managing sales and operations, the role will require these systems to be managed and maintained at all times. They should provide instant insight into performance and data analysis.
